WarRoom/DailyClout Research Heroes Written Out of History
Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) held a Congressional hearing, “The Corruption of Science and Federal Health Agencies: How Health Officials Downplayed and Hid Myocarditis and Other Adverse Events Associated with the COVID-19 Vaccines,” on May 22, 2025, and the House Judiciary Committee, chaired by Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) is currently investigating allegations that Pfizer delayed the announcement of its COVID-19 vaccine’s efficacy until after the 2020 United States presidential election. Both focus on scandals involved in the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccines. While we applaud this scrutiny, we, as the editors of the stories that revealed these issues for the first time, are appalled that the authors are not being credited for their work.
In fact, three of the issues being exposed on Capitol Hill are stories broken in 2023 by the authors Dr. Jeyanthi Kunadhasan, Dr. Carol Taccetta, and attorney Ed Berkovich. These authors broke their stories as part of the WarRoom/DailyClout Pfizer Documents Research Investigations Team, under the leadership of Project Director Amy Kelly. In this capacity, these volunteers worked for two and a half years pro bono to bring these issues to light. Their work should not be appropriated by others, and they should not be written out of history.
The first story that is not being properly credited has to do with the delay of the announcement of the Pfizer vaccine’s efficacy. This is an extremely important story politically since Dr. Kunadhasan revealed, through laborious scrutiny of internal Pfizer documents, that Pfizer had intentionally delayed announcing the “efficacy” of the vaccine until several days after the United States presidential election in 2020. This delay obviously hurt President Donald Trump more than candidate Joe Biden.
This investigation is getting a great deal of press. On March 26, 2025, the Wall Street Journal published an article, “U.S. Prosecutors Probe Tip About Timing of Pfizer Vaccine.” (Non-paywalled version available here.) It states, “A senior GSK scientist, who formerly worked at rival Pfizer, had told GSK colleagues that Pfizer delayed announcing the success of its Covid vaccine in 2020 until after that year’s election.” The WarRoom/DailyClout Pfizer Documents Project broke that story on July 10, 2023, in a report based on the extensive research of project volunteer Dr. Jeyanthi Kunadhasan — “Report 76: Pfizer Had Data to Announce Its COVID-19 Vaccine’s Alleged ‘Efficacy’ in October 2020. Why Did Pfizer Delay the Announcement Until November 9, 2020, Six Days After the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election?”
The House Judiciary Committee, chaired by Representative Jim Jordan, is now investigating this story: “…that three of the most senior people at Pfizer R&D were ‘involved in a decision to deliberately slow down clinical testing so that it would not be complete prior to the results of the presidential election that year.’” Neither the Wall Street Journal, nor Reuters, nor other news outlets, nor Representative Jordan have properly credited Dr. Kunadhasan, DailyClout, or Steve Bannon’s WarRoom for this reporting.
Dr. Kunadhasan’s July 2023 report for DailyClout broke the story about Pfizer’s timing in announcing the efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine. She revealed that Pfizer had sufficient data by late October 2020 to announce its vaccine’s efficacy, but delayed the announcement until November 9, 2020, six days after the 2020 U.S. presidential election. Her report included the following key points:
- On July 21, 2020, Pfizer, BioNTech, and the U.S. government signed a contract stipulating that the vaccine’s regulatory approval or authorization should be achieved by October 31, 2020. Pfizer was required to notify the government of any delays exceeding one week.
- By October 29, 2020, Pfizer met the criteria for evaluating the vaccine’s efficacy, having more than 62 confirmed COVID-19 cases as required for interim analysis.
- Despite having the necessary data, Pfizer announced the vaccine’s efficacy (>90%) on November 9, 2020, after the presidential election.
- The report questions whether Pfizer informed the government about this delay as per the contractual agreement.
As Dr. Kunadhasan’s editors and publishers, we strongly object to her important achievement being written out of history and credit being taken by others.
That is not the only event that has appropriated original research. A hearing on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, also centered on a story that a WarRoom/DailyClout research volunteer broke. Senator Ron Johnson, with the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, held this hearing, “The Corruption of Science and Federal Health Agencies: How Health Officials Downplayed and Hid Myocarditis and Other Adverse Events Associated with the COVID-19 Vaccines.” The recording of the hearing is available to view here.
Dr. Peter McCullough, who testified at the hearing, announced on Substack that the hearing would address how the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) delayed for months issuing a health advisory about COVID-19 mRNA vaccines causing myocarditis and how the FDA failed to issue a “black box warning” for COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.
Both the delayed myocarditis health advisory story and the revelation of the lack of a “black box warning” were reported by WarRoom/DailyClout research volunteers in 2023. These stories were published on DailyClout and broken on Steve Bannon’s WarRoom. However, to date, no press release or government website description of the hearing has properly credited these authors.
WarRoom/DailyClout volunteer attorney Ed Berkovich was the author who broke the story of the myocarditis cover-up. He submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the CDC stating, “I request emails sent by and received by Dr. Rochelle P. Walensky, Sherri A. Berger, and Kevin Griffis (all of whom are CDC personnel) on dates beginning February 1, 2021 through May 31, 2021, containing the word myocarditis.” DailyClout reported on the subsequent FOIA productions, which first revealed the CDC’s delayed action:
- August 29, 2023: “472 Pages FOIAed from CDC Leaders, 2021, Reveal Lengthy Comms Re: ‘Myocarditis,’ Massive Redactions. CDC Hiding April 2021 Monthly Safety Report on Pfizer’s Vaccine and Myocarditis/Pericarditis.”
- September 20, 2023: “46 Pages FOIAed Emails Between CDC Leaders, Dr. Fauci, Dr. Collins, and White House, NIH, HHS, Show They Knew About Vaccine-Induced Myocarditis and Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia, a Blood Clotting Disorder. Emails Over 80% Redacted.”
- October 18, 2023: “FOIA’d Emails Reveal Highest-Level Leaders at White House, HHS, CDC, NIAID, AAP All Knew COVID Vaccines Linked to Myocarditis, Yet Publicly Covered Up Findings.”
- November 2, 2023: “FOIA’d CDC Emails Reveal Disturbing Myocarditis Timeline Warranting Investigation: Different Messaging Internally Vs. Publicly About COVID-19 Vaccines and Myocarditis.”
Dr. Naomi Wolf presented this important story on Steve Bannon’s WarRoom in 2023. This WarRoom/DailyClout reporting revealed publicly for the first time:
- CDC Internal Awareness of Myocarditis: The FOIA-obtained emails show that CDC officials knew about COVID-19 mRNA vaccine-associated myocarditis as early as February 19, 2021.
- Health Advisory Not Issued: The CDC had internal deliberations regarding issuing a Health Advisory alert via its Health Advisory Network (HAN) and ultimately did not issue one.
- Public Communication Delay: Despite months of internal discussions about cases of myocarditis associated with mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, the CDC’s public acknowledgment of myocarditis risk occurred on May 27, 2021, three months after the CDC first became aware of it.
Mr. Berkovich deserves credit for breaking this important story. DailyClout and Steve Bannon’s WarRoom should also be acknowledged for bringing it to the public. Yet, news outlets such as The Epoch Times, which reported the delayed myocarditis alert story under the headline “CDC Nearly Warned People With Post-Vaccination Myocarditis Not to Play Sports, Document Shows,” failed to credit Mr. Berkovich, DailyClout, or WarRoom in their article.
Lastly, Senator Johnson’s hearing focused on the absence of a “black box warning” on COVID-19 vaccines. This is a shocking departure from standard practice. Dr. Carol Taccetta, who first wrote about this issue in 2023, was also not properly credited in press releases or on government websites about this hearing.
On July 26, 2023, DailyClout published an article by WarRoom/DailyClout volunteer Dr. Carol Taccetta, a physician with over 25 years of experience in drug safety, titled, “Carol Taccetta, MD: ‘Boxed Warning,’ the FDA’s Most Serious Warning, Is Absent from All COVID-19 Vaccine Fact Sheets.” In the article, Dr. Taccetta argued that the FDA should include boxed warnings—the agency’s most serious safety alerts, which are commonly called “black box warnings”—on the fact sheets of all COVID-19 vaccines currently authorized in the US. Key points from her article:
- Taccetta warned that the COVID-19 vaccines lack a standard “black box warning.”
- COVID-19 Vaccine Labeling Gaps: She noted that none of the COVID-19 vaccine fact sheets include boxed warnings, despite containing sections on serious adverse events such as severe allergic reactions to vaccine components, myocarditis, pericarditis, syncope (fainting), and altered immunocompetence. Since severe anaphylaxis, myocarditis, and pericarditis can be potentially fatal or permanently disabling, they meet the FDA’s criteria for a “black box warning.” And yet the FDA omitted that standard warning.
In conclusion, we, as these authors’ editors and publishers and editors of a book, The Pfizer Papers: Pfizer’s Crimes Against Humanity, based on this research project, object strongly to the unethical appropriation of these authors’ work without proper academic and journalistic citation. We note that the authors, Dr. Jeyanthi Kunadhasan, Dr. Carol Taccetta, and attorney Ed Berkovich, as well as we ourselves, Dr. Naomi Wolf, co-editor, and Amy Kelly, Project Director of this research effort, came forward when it was still very dangerous and difficult to bring such news to the public’s attention, and we find it unethical that, now that a change in administration makes it much safer to shine a light on these abuses, others are taking credit for this historic and difficult labor and erasing the original authors and leaders of the effort. We ask that proper credit to be given to the authors in the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations’ “Failure to Warn” report, on the websites about the hearing and investigation, in the congressional record, and in all related press releases, as well as for media correctly to credit the authors as well.
