US Biolabs in Georgia – An Investigative Documentary
US funds hundreds of similar biolabs in many countries including Ukraine, Middle East and other locations.

I am often asked about the biolabs in Ukraine. This is a very good investigative documentary about such activity in the country of Georgia. I am certain the same playbook and the same types of activities are/were happening in Ukraine.
There are approximately 1000 biolabs in the world, including 300 inside the United States. US funds most of them. The Pentagon especially prefers to outsource the most dangerous and prohibited/illegal work to other countries. The countries on the border with Russia are perfect for many reasons. US agents use diplomatic immunity to shuttle all sorts of dangerous cargo without any checks or inspections.
Note that this particular biolab, Luger Lab, likely works on both biological and chemical weapons. At some point the local residents mention the smell of decaying grass as one of the night-time releases from the lab. That’s a hallmark smell of an internationally prohibited chemical weapon phosgene.
