I am an American in Nepal. my Nepali wife’s sister’s daughter, who has been almost like a daughter to my wife and I, recently was vaccinated for the Pfizer vaccine against our wishes at her local private school. We earlier told her and we told the school that we did not want her vaccinated for Covid-19. After we received news by phone that she had been vaccinated for a Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccine during school vaccination day, we went to the school principle’s office and gave them hell and talked to the teacher in charge of our sister’s daughter at the time and the school threw up their hands and said that it was a screwup in communication. She was with a small group of children who were not to be given the vaccine and somehow she was directed to go to the vaccine line.
The principal said that this was not their vaccination program. It was the Health Department’s program. She said it was the Health Department’s plan to eventually vaccinate all the school children in Nepal.
My Nepali lawyer said that it was impossible to sue them.
Then I noticed at the US Embassy Website:
