Hospital ‘Murder’: Attorney Unveils Shocking Survival Rates Among Mechanically Ventilated COVID Patients
“You got a cash bonus when someone died from COVID. It was an incentive to kill people, and it worked incredibly well.”
The U.S. Federal government incentivized “not people recovering from COVID but people dying from COVID,” testified attorney Thomas Renz to the Pennsylvania State Senate. “You got a cash bonus when someone died from COVID. It was an incentive to kill people, and it worked incredibly well.”
One of the most objectionable protocols for treating COVID was the widespread use of a drug (Remdesivir) so infamous that it earned the nickname “Run Death Is Near.”
“The experts claimed that Remdesivir would stop Covid; instead, it stopped kidney function, then blasted the liver and other organs,” wrote Stella Paul in this piece.
Excessive morphine administration was another issue. A hospital pharmacist blew the whistle to attorney Thomas Renz that the floor she worked on made a habit of going “up on the morphine drip” to “take care of business.” More details on that can be found here:
But the single deadliest protocol of all, based on health outcomes, was the ubiquitous use of mechanical ventilators.
“Fauci knew vents did more harm than good,” asserted osteopathic physician Dr. Joseph Mercola on his Substack page. Here’s what he had to say about “The COVID hospital death trap.”
Within weeks of the pandemic outbreak, it had become apparent that the standard practice of putting COVID-19 patients on mechanical ventilation was a death sentence.
76.4% of COVID-19 patients (aged 18 to 65) in New York City who were placed on ventilators died. Among patients over age 65 who were vented, the mortality rate was 97.2%.
The recommendation to place COVID patients on mechanical ventilation as a first-line response came from the World Health Organization, which allegedly based its guidance on experiences and recommendations from doctors in China. But venting COVID patients wasn’t recommended because it increased survival. It was to protect health care workers by isolating the virus inside the vent machine.
Data suggest around 10,000 patients died with COVID in NYC hospitals after being put on ventilators in spring 2020. Other metropolitan areas also saw massive spikes in deaths among younger individuals who were at low risk of dying from COVID. It’s possible many of these deaths were the result of being placed on mechanical ventilation (see graph below).
“No one told the patients, hey, you’re going to be put on this vent. It’s probably going to kill you, but it may protect the healthcare workers,” remarked attorney Renz. “No one told the families that.”
“And by the way,” he continued, “we actually had whistleblower testimony from a yet-to-be-unmasked whistleblower … who worked for CMS. I’ve got data from CMS that showed in a number of Texas hospitals, as high as 90% of patients put on the vent died. 90%.”
“Now, they wouldn’t let you try ivermectin, but they were more than willing to put you on the vent where you had a 90% fatality rate,” attorney Renz denounced. “You tell me that they didn’t notice? I can’t say all doctors are created equal. [Peter] McCullough is ahead above most. But you got through med school. I would think you would probably be smart enough to notice when nine out of ten of your patients, when they’re put on the vent, die.”
“At least maybe you should ask the question, is there a better way? Why not let someone try ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine if you have a nine out of ten chance of dying anyways?”
So, why did most doctors not opt for alternative treatments instead?
Following the money will give you the likely answer, as Federal funds encouraged a specific course of action. Attorney Renz detailed the “perverse” incentives in place during his Pennsylvania State Senate testimony last year. “We have incentivized the murder of patients rather than incentivized treatment.”
“When you go to the hospital, you get tested. They get paid more. When you get admitted for COVID, they get paid more. When they put you on remdesivir, they get paid more. When you get ventilated, they get paid more. When you die, they get paid more. This is perverse.”
He ended last year’s testimony by asking, “Do you want us to incentivize hospitals to have good outcomes, or do you want us to continue incentivizing the murder of your loved ones?”
Attorney Renz “fought with hospital after hospital after hospital” to try and save the lives of family members of people calling him on the phone.
And that’s why he said this issue is so dear to his heart. “We essentially legislated these deaths into being … it was an incentive to kill people, and it worked incredibly well.”
If you witnessed a loved one go through a horrendous hospital experience during COVID, please leave a brief testimony and share this post. When stories from thousands, even hundreds, echo the same distressing narrative, it transcends the realm of anecdotal evidence. It then becomes an alarming indication of gross negligence on a mass scale — and potentially malice.

My husband (age 42) was hospitalized in GA on August 9th, 2021 and we turned off the ventilator on September 28, 2021. He was relatively healthy when he contracted COVID. He went into the ER because his O2 went below 90 and he was told if it went that low that he needed to go to ER. He was given remdesivir. He went into Cardiac arrest a few days into his hospital stay. He was put into a medically induced coma and relied on a ventilator for survival. I was finally able to see him when he was moved off the COVID floor. I went to see him and he was doing OK then. He couldn’t talk because of the ventilator, but he was able to communicate with me through writing. I was able to remove his ventilator and feed him a little bit. He was able to eat some food and swallow a little bit. He was doing Ok. They told me was OK enough to go to an LTACH hospital. They transported him and he had another cardiac arrest and was brain dead after that cardiac arrest. He never woke back up after that one. It was so Incredibly hard to watch my husband of 19 years, my kids (ages 2 and 4) father go from a healthy young man to a brain death body within that time. I have been told by numerous people that I should file a lawsuit, but I reached out to several attorneys to no avail. No one wants to help us victims of this mess with anything. It’s so sad, we live in such a fallen broken world. I pray for anyone affected by this mess.
My daughters grandfather had this exact thing happen to him and we lost him October 2021, he was healthy going in and died after being put on a vent and all of his organs shut down
In September 2021, my father came down with Covid. He has COPD, an aortic aneurism, and is in stage 4 kidney failure so we never take an illness lightly with him. I had him on Vitamin C, D, zinc and other vitamins to help boost his immune system as well as ivermectin. After a week, his oxygen levels started to decline and, at one point, he fell to his knees and couldn’t get back up so my mom called for an ambulance. They took him to the hospital right away where they diagnosed him with Covid and admitted him to the hospital immediately. He remembered enough of what I told him to refuse the intubation (which they kept “strongly recommending”) and, instead, asked for the oxygen through a nasal cannula. I was still getting over my bout with this virus so I wasn’t able to get to the hospital to help with questions and directives when he was admitted so I called the first thing the next morning to speak with the nurse. I asked if they could give him the high dose vitamins through his IV and she flat out told me no because it wasn’t part of their protocol – same with letting him take the ivermectin. The only thing they would allow was for him to take his vitamins orally if he wanted. When I asked what else he was on, she informed me he was on Remdesivir – I told her that had to be a mistake because we would never approve that drug for him. She flippantly told me that my father approved it and that I don’t have a say in the matter. I explained to her that my father was incapacitated and, unless they wanted me to get my lawyer in there to sue them from here to eternity, they had better listen to what I’m telling them. She then arranged for a call between me, two doctors and herself. I was told Remdesivir was completely safe and that was the only way he was going to live and that they were concerned that I was questioning what would make him better. I asked them if they had read the studies on Remdesivir. They told me of course. I then asked if they read my father’s charts – to which they also said of course. So I asked why they would recommend Remdesivir to a man in stage 4 kidney failure when that drug has been known to cause kidney failure. They backed down pretty quickly and said they would take him off it if my father agreed (to which he did – he said he didn’t recognize the name of the drug and was just doing what they told him he had to do to not die but once I told him it was Remdesivir they put him on, he agreed to get off of it ASAP). Once the hospital wasn’t making money off of him through the vent or Remdesivir, they said they “had to” release him with the dire warning that they were likely sending my father home to die (!!) because I was withholding care for him. We got my father home, back on the ivermectin and all of his vitamins, with some good oxygen and he recovered 100%. The absolute gall of hospitals and their entire staff to bully and threaten patients like this makes me livid. I am hoping this note helps in some way to create not only accountability but a reckoning. These people need to pay for what they did – and a slap on the wrist doesn’t cut it for me.
I told my husband he had symptoms of covid and I made him appointment at his doctor get tested and he told us she told him blow into a tissue and then she told him it was negative and I still can remember the day that we was helping a friend lay pile and Mike said babe I don’t think I could do this and I told him get in the truck with air and I got done and we went home and Mike said he didn’t feel good and I took him to our Er hospital and I had stay in the car and I keep calling er every hour and after 4 hours they sent him home on oxygen bc they said he had covid and double pneumonia and we went home and I hardly sleep bc I had covid and trying take care of him and this way August 25th 2021 and I keep fluids and tried get him to eat and and begging him and we was laying in bed and I put my arms around him and told him I loved him and I didn’t want lose him bc he was my world and August 28th 2021 Mike got up out bed and ask me help him in livingroom and he called his daddy told him how Er nurse told to me the 1st visit and he told his daddy he loved him and he hung up and started talking to me and our daughter and grand babies telling us how they told him blow into tissue at doctor if she done it right we could caught it faster and he told me he was ready go back to er bc he not getting any better and well I took him and I got him in there and they took him straight back and I didn’t get tell him I love him or anything and I was waiting outside and I called them and they said they keeping him and I went home and I called ever day of ever hour and they keep saying he resting and had long road ahead of him and he was in there for 3 days and they haven’t called me back anything about Mike and he was on C Pap machine and one day I called one day I called and friend of our said he was doing good and I said thank God I pray everyday for Mike get come home to me and Amber that our daughter she got on my chart of Mike’s and came in our room and ask mama you know daddy was on ventilator and I said no and I called nurse she said had put him on it bc he was throwing up on c pap machine and he told her when my wife calls tell her have my yard mowed and they sounds like he was coming home and I called everyday of every hour checking on him and told them tell him I love and miss him and our daughter look on his chart again bc that how we knew how he was doing and she ssid mama they got daddy on Fentanyl and I didn’t know anything about that and September 3rd someone called up there talking crap about me asking questions about Mike and nurse wouldn’t tell them and they started cussing her and day keeps playing in my mind September 4th 2021 got called from a doctor asking does Mike want them save him and I said yea and he said can’t bc he declining and I ask can I see him and he said no and I told him that they better have law there bc my husband wasn’t dying alone and me and our daughter and father in law got there and we all 3 went to icu and they let me and our daughter in there but his daddy had stand outside the window watching his only son laying there and couldn’t do anything about it and I was begging him wake up and singing you are my sunshine and they left him on ventilator for 30 mins and they turned it off and Mike lasted 10 mins and that day he took his last breathe and his heart stop beating and mine heart stop beating too bc Mike was my world and I feel in my heart they killed him bc they put hole in his lung when they put him on ventilator and had him on Fentanyl and I hope whoever involved in killing our husband’s or wife’s or any family members and bad enough that took him from me I had 2 income turned into 1 and I’m having hard time pay my bills
I’m a nurse and I was taking care of VA patients in their homes. When one of my Veterans (a quadriplegic) came down with a cold the VA hospital forced him to be hospitalized to receive treatment. He told the VA ER in Ann Arbor MI that he didn’t want the vaccine or Remdesivir. They immediately started him on Remdesivir anyway and led him to believe it was an antibiotic.
When I went to visit him on their covid unit, although he had an IV they weren’t giving him anything through it EXCEPT Remdesivir. He was dehydrated and they wouldn’t give him anything to drink. It was as if they were trying to shut his kidneys down.
I immediately asked to speak to the doctor and he the Veteran told the doctor in my presence that he did not want Remdesivir and didn’t know they were giving it to him. He asked to be released to go home and when the doctor said he could, the nurse on the unit called the ambulance service and told them not to transport him because he couldn’t have left otherwise (they left his wheel chair at home).
Instead they release him two days later, on MLK Jr Day (a holiday) then called his nursing agency and told us not to provide service when he got home. They literally dropped him off, tried to pull his care, and left him for dead.
However his staff provided service anyway, and we were all later fired for it. Then the Social Workers at the VA withdrew the Doctors orders for home care permanently, after he had been receiving them for years and could not possibly live outside a facility without Homecare services.
We called everyone – so-called legal aide, countless attorneys, the Veterans Administration, even both of our Senators and our Congressman who all run on being advocates for Veterans.
Nobody cares. The VA Doctor later lied also and said they were not giving him Remdesivir. They took labs before and after and yes, the kidney function began declining immediately after the VA hospital started pumping him full of Remdesivir.
I saw other Veterans on the unit looking near death, and no family or advocates at their bedsides. I’ve often wondered how many Veterans they killed that way
