Hospital ‘Murder’: Attorney Unveils Shocking Survival Rates Among Mechanically Ventilated COVID Patients
“You got a cash bonus when someone died from COVID. It was an incentive to kill people, and it worked incredibly well.”
The U.S. Federal government incentivized “not people recovering from COVID but people dying from COVID,” testified attorney Thomas Renz to the Pennsylvania State Senate. “You got a cash bonus when someone died from COVID. It was an incentive to kill people, and it worked incredibly well.”
One of the most objectionable protocols for treating COVID was the widespread use of a drug (Remdesivir) so infamous that it earned the nickname “Run Death Is Near.”
“The experts claimed that Remdesivir would stop Covid; instead, it stopped kidney function, then blasted the liver and other organs,” wrote Stella Paul in this piece.
Excessive morphine administration was another issue. A hospital pharmacist blew the whistle to attorney Thomas Renz that the floor she worked on made a habit of going “up on the morphine drip” to “take care of business.” More details on that can be found here:
But the single deadliest protocol of all, based on health outcomes, was the ubiquitous use of mechanical ventilators.
“Fauci knew vents did more harm than good,” asserted osteopathic physician Dr. Joseph Mercola on his Substack page. Here’s what he had to say about “The COVID hospital death trap.”
Within weeks of the pandemic outbreak, it had become apparent that the standard practice of putting COVID-19 patients on mechanical ventilation was a death sentence.
76.4% of COVID-19 patients (aged 18 to 65) in New York City who were placed on ventilators died. Among patients over age 65 who were vented, the mortality rate was 97.2%.
The recommendation to place COVID patients on mechanical ventilation as a first-line response came from the World Health Organization, which allegedly based its guidance on experiences and recommendations from doctors in China. But venting COVID patients wasn’t recommended because it increased survival. It was to protect health care workers by isolating the virus inside the vent machine.
Data suggest around 10,000 patients died with COVID in NYC hospitals after being put on ventilators in spring 2020. Other metropolitan areas also saw massive spikes in deaths among younger individuals who were at low risk of dying from COVID. It’s possible many of these deaths were the result of being placed on mechanical ventilation (see graph below).
“No one told the patients, hey, you’re going to be put on this vent. It’s probably going to kill you, but it may protect the healthcare workers,” remarked attorney Renz. “No one told the families that.”
“And by the way,” he continued, “we actually had whistleblower testimony from a yet-to-be-unmasked whistleblower … who worked for CMS. I’ve got data from CMS that showed in a number of Texas hospitals, as high as 90% of patients put on the vent died. 90%.”
“Now, they wouldn’t let you try ivermectin, but they were more than willing to put you on the vent where you had a 90% fatality rate,” attorney Renz denounced. “You tell me that they didn’t notice? I can’t say all doctors are created equal. [Peter] McCullough is ahead above most. But you got through med school. I would think you would probably be smart enough to notice when nine out of ten of your patients, when they’re put on the vent, die.”
“At least maybe you should ask the question, is there a better way? Why not let someone try ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine if you have a nine out of ten chance of dying anyways?”
So, why did most doctors not opt for alternative treatments instead?
Following the money will give you the likely answer, as Federal funds encouraged a specific course of action. Attorney Renz detailed the “perverse” incentives in place during his Pennsylvania State Senate testimony last year. “We have incentivized the murder of patients rather than incentivized treatment.”
“When you go to the hospital, you get tested. They get paid more. When you get admitted for COVID, they get paid more. When they put you on remdesivir, they get paid more. When you get ventilated, they get paid more. When you die, they get paid more. This is perverse.”
He ended last year’s testimony by asking, “Do you want us to incentivize hospitals to have good outcomes, or do you want us to continue incentivizing the murder of your loved ones?”
Attorney Renz “fought with hospital after hospital after hospital” to try and save the lives of family members of people calling him on the phone.
And that’s why he said this issue is so dear to his heart. “We essentially legislated these deaths into being … it was an incentive to kill people, and it worked incredibly well.”
If you witnessed a loved one go through a horrendous hospital experience during COVID, please leave a brief testimony and share this post. When stories from thousands, even hundreds, echo the same distressing narrative, it transcends the realm of anecdotal evidence. It then becomes an alarming indication of gross negligence on a mass scale — and potentially malice.

My husband had Covid for a week before he went to the hospital. They said he had pneumonia when he was admitted. They gave him fluids and he was doing great. I talked to him and he seemed so much better after giving him the fluids. All of the sudden the next day he was on a bipap machine. The next day he was on the optiflow. I talked to him everyday and he seemed fine. He was on the optiflow for a few days and all of the sudden he was on the bipap machine again. He told me his nurses were great but his doctor was not very nice. The doctor treated him bad for not being vaccinated and told him worst case scenario he would die. He was fine every day I talked to him. They finally said they were trying to move him to a different floor because he no longer had Covid and I could finally see him after almost 2 weeks. There were times he told me that they wouldn’t let him eat or drink because he had the bipap machine on. They said they were moving him for 2 days but didn’t have any beds available outside of the Covid unit. The night before he was put on the ventilator I talked to him and he seemed fine. They called me the next morning and told me he was tired and was asking to be put on the ventilator. I know my husband would never say that he wanted to be ventilated and so I asked to talk to him before they vented him. They told me they couldn’t do that. I feel like they vented him before they called me. As soon as they vented him they aloud me to see him in the Covid unit. So I could see him after they vented him but not before. When I did get go see him they questioned about letting me in because I wasn’t vaccinated. I had Covid the same time as my husband so I told them I was fine. They let me see him. It doesn’t make any sense that you would let me in the Covid unit after he was vented and not before. He was on remdisiver. His kidneys failed and so did his other organs. I’m pretty sure the hospital killed my husband. I should have been able to talk to him before he was vented.
My husband had Covid for a week before he tested positive and was hospitalized. His primary was his oncologist because he has cancer. They refused to treat him the first week because he “wasn’t sick enough”. By the time he was hospitalized, the virus had passed, but had done so much damage to his lungs that his O2 levels were at 60%. He was diagnosed with “Covid pneumonia”. They admitted him to ICU and I insisted that they do NOT vent him or give him remdesivir. I was told I had no say because of “Covid protocols”. Apparently they overruled my POA. Luckily, he was already taking an antiviral with his chemo treatments, so they did not give him remdesivir, although they tried to sneak it in his bag the first night; he caught them doing it and insisted they wheel the IV bags into his room so he could monitor what they were putting into it. It had been outside the door so they wouldn’t have to suit up and go in every time. There was a good doctor there who went above protocols and got him ivermectin; he found a mom and pop pharmacy willing to fill a prescription for him and drove there himself, paid for it and brought it to my husband. My husband was in the hospital for 5 days, deteriorating and on the verge of a vent (they had him in a B-Pap), when the doctor got him ivermectin. Within two hours his markers began to improve and he was discharged, healthy, 5 days later. The hospital let the doctor go. I know this because he called my husband to check on him two weeks later. He joined Frontline Doctors. He is a hero.
4 months later, my aunt wound up in the hospital. Same exact story as my husband… she was refused early treatment because she “wasn’t sick enough”; wound up in the hospital with low O2 levels, asked for ivermectin, which they refused. They put her on remdesivir, and within 3 days she had deteriorated so badly they put her on a ventilator. She died alone in the ICU four days later. My uncle and their family were not allowed to see her; they could only sit and watch outside of the room. My uncle knows that the hospital killed her. He is telling everyone he can.
My brother in law was a farmer big biscuit fed farmer. He walked into the hospital and never came out . He went in and they basically did nothing for a couple of days then started to give resmidivear . Nothing was working and he kept getting worse we begged for the doc to try ivermectin and hydrochloriquin to no avail. Finally they wanted to put him on the vent . After fees days no progress the doc finally caved and gave him ivermectin, in three days he tested negative for Covid, but his body was already gone so far there was no hope of recovery. After he passed I learned that the doctor had been reprimanded and told if he gave ivermectin again he’d be let go and license stripped . They basically killed him and threatened to keep people in line as to get away with murder so to speak. Have never spoken of this but felt was time . God bless all of you for spreading the truth and awareness. Just to finish my brother in law was 51 he had two new grand babies and there’s been three more born since his passing, he will never know them because our country didn’t stand up when it was time! We can’t keep standing by watching we gotta get up and spread the truth wherever we go!!!
My cousin went into the hospital in Oregon. We had been messaging on the phone while he was in there. At the same time I was talking to my aunt and uncle (his parents). One day my aunt and uncle told they had put him on a ventilator. Once he went on the ventilator, I never received any messages returning to me. I believe the hospital told my aunt and uncle that he was going to be a vegetable and wouldn’t get any better. My aunt and uncle had to make the decision to turn the machine off. He died after being put on the ventilator.
As a retired nurse, reading these accounts, I am deeply saddened at the doctors and nurses who carried out these death protocols without pushback to the powers that be …
Shame on you medical profession…you have lost your dignity and self – respect hiding behind a white lab coat and just doing what you were told with no critical thinking about what you were doing… enjoy your blood money…
Prayers to the patients and their families who were affected …my deepest sympathy…
Please God, don’t allow this to happen again…
I’m also a retired nurse, and I’ve become so ashamed of my profession. It is sad.
