From Vera Sharav and the Producers of ‘Never Again Is Now Global’, Comes a New Documentary: ‘From Tyranny to Awakening’
From Holocaust survivor, human rights activist, author and filmmaker, Vera Sharav, comes a new documentary that focuses on where we are at in this moment with the global tyranny we are all facing and poses the question, how the heck to do we get out of this mess together?
From Tyranny to Awakening will premiere Sunday June 30th on You Tube and Rumble. The one-hour film is free to watch. No subscriptions are necessary. Donations are encouraged. All proceeds go towards Sharav’s nonprofit organization, The Alliance for Human Research Protection (AHRP.)
The documentary features visionaries from different walks of life who share their deepfelt views about our way forward. Wendsler Nosier Sr. who was born on the San Carlos Apache Indian Reservation in Arizona, and former Councilman of the San Carlos Apache tribe, candidly speaks about his ancestors’ history as prisoners of war. However, he is not only looking back at his own journey, he is looking back at all of our collective journeys of wars and colonization. Nosie Sr. speaks with conviction, “When it comes back to prophesies, you are born in this moment, you are born in this time for a reason. We cannot forget the angels, the deities, the spirit that connects us to earth. We cannot do this separately and win the battle – we have to do it together.”
Others who boldly come forth with alternative ways to end the systematic global violence include spiritual leaders and healers Priscilla Perez Salem, Tarmo Urb, Suzanne Hill, Kim Pentecost and Dr. Aaron Lewis.
As for the significance of this new documentary, Sharav explains, “The 20th century has been an unending cycle of violence, deception, wars, and genocide. A war-mongering class is intent on unleashing its arsenal of ever more destructive lethal weapons. The cycle of unbridled violence must be stopped. Humanity cannot survive the largely invisible current lethal weapons. Most human beings are decent, law-abiding people. The warmongers seek to eradicate family values, moral values, and spiritual connections. We need to open our minds and listen to voices of reason; and we need to open our hearts to spiritual wisdom. The survival of humanity depends on our firm renunciation of oppressive, anti-human orders.”
