This Monday, October 30th at 2:15 p.m., Scott Schara’s legal case against Ascension Health —who murdered his daughter Grace—will face its final test before proceeding to trial in 2024.

At Monday’s hearing, which is open to the public, Circuit Court Judge Mark J. McGinnis will weigh one final motion to dismiss Scott Schara v. Ascension Health et al. (Case Number 2023CV000345). If this motion fails, it’s full speed ahead in the battle for accountability against one of America’s largest and deadliest “healthcare” conglomerates.
