Mr. Ostrowski is leading parents in New York State in filing suit against school districts and school administrators regarding masking of children. Mr. Ostrowski has also filed suit against New York Governor Hochul and members of the New York State Board of Health. Mr. Ostrowski will share a template that can be used by parents across the U.S. to file similar suits in their local areas.
Mr. Ostrowski is a trial and appellate lawyer from Buffalo, New York. He’s a graduate of Brooklyn Law School in 1983. He has written a number of scholarly articles on the law on subjects ranging from drug policy to the commerce clause of the Constitution. His articles have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Buffalo News, Cleveland Plain Dealer and Legislative Gazette. His policy studies have been published by the Hoover Institution, the Ludwig von Mises Institute, and the Cato Institute.

How can I find out who the bond insurance company is that represents my school board or other officials?
Go to Bonds for the Win website. They have a list of FOIA bond information requests by state. You can use their letter, just make a few changes to address it to your district’s open records officer. The school can tell you who that is. Keep in mind, some board members can sue for defamation and legsl expenses if this fails. It’s not a fool proof plan. However, it is a painstaking and intimidating process to force them to produce this information. Ours came in at 935 pages.
Is there a pathway to use similar strategies with regards to out of control State legislatures, including criminal?
We should file lawsuits against all. Corrupt political leaders in the United States of Anerica, including but not limited to New York for not upholding the Constitution and for crimes against humanity.
Can this process be used with Catholic Schools to stop “required” masking, pcr testing and segregation of teachers under “accommodations?”
How can I get my children’s NYC private schools to drop the vaccine mandate.? One child had to do a leave of absence. The other child has been banished to doing zoom only classes.
