VICTORY for Dr. McCullough and the Medical Freedom Movement
Vindication
Dr. Peter McCullough has been vindicated! In a major win for the Medical Freedom movement, a judge dismissed a lawsuit brought against Dr. McCullough by his former employer, Baylor Scott, and White Health medical system two years ago.
Dr. McCullough is one of the most widely published cardiologists in the US, as well as an epidemiologist and internist. He’s also the Chief Officer of The Wellness Company. From Dr. McCullough’s website:
“He is an internist, cardiologist, epidemiologist, and the Chief Scientific Officer of The Wellness Company. Since the outset of the pandemic, Dr. McCullough has dozens of peer-reviewed publications on the infection and has commented extensively on the medical response to the COVID-19 crisis.
Dr. McCullough is one of the most published cardiologists ever in America, with over 1,000 publications and 660 citations in the National Library of Medicine, and is a recipient of the Simon Dack Award from the American College of Cardiology and the International Vicenza Award in Critical Care Nephrology for his scholarship and research.”
When I spoke with Dr. McCullough for an interview for DailyClout, he explained that the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) was threatening him with decertification over “COVID misinformation”. Dr. McCullough detailed the consequences of losing his ABIM credentials, which include losing the right to contract with insurance companies and losing hospital privileges, effectively ending his career.
The entire threat against Dr. McCullough was information warfare. As Dr. McCullough pointed out, the members of the ABIM don’t come close to his medical accomplishments, yet they possess the power to end his career. They threw shaky accusations at him surrounding the idea of information he was giving over to clients in a private setting. That never should have occurred, and they may have succeeded if not for the Information Warriors. Dr. McCullough has been notified that the ABIM has officially DROPPED their threat against him.
Thankfully, we’re no longer bound by the controls of the media of the past. We have new and almost endless ways of sharing information, and the Freedom movement stepped up in a big way to defend Dr. McCullough. The Epoch times did a fantastic job reporting on the entire process, and the organizations of the Medical Freedom movement such as VSRF, Children’s Health Defense, The HighWire, WarRoom, DailyClout, and many others have stood strongly behind Dr. McCullough, bringing the necessary attention to his case.
His victory is one for Medical Freedom.
I wrote this post on DailyClout about Dr. McCullough’s battle against the System, and this post about the board that attempted to remove Dr. McCullough’s license. Clayton Morris from the show Redacted invited me to discuss the story.
Watch here:
Readers are encouraged to show Dr. McCullough support by subscribing to the Substack he writes together with his partner John Leake called Courageous Discourse, and by checking out his book, co-authored with John Leake, “The Courage to Face COVID-19”.
One of our country’s most important freedoms is that of free speech.

Were his legal fees reimbursed?
It seems to me that a medical licensing board, which derives its licensing power from the state, should be bound to respect a doctor’s freedom of speech in relationship to its licensing decisions, since it has become an arm of the state through those licensing laws.
The First Amendment phrase “No law…abridging freedom of speech” certainly seems like it should cover private conversations between a doctor and patient since the doctor is already liable for damages if the information causes harm to the patient.
In contrast the medical licensing board has no responsibility for nor any liability to patients for any censorship it may impose on doctor recommendations. To the extent that a Board begins to judge a doctor’s qualification to practice medicine by transient censorship standards, the more arbitrary and capricious its decision-making seems to become.
Unfortunately the ABIM has NOT officially dropped the decertification process. Instead his appeal hearing has been postponed indefinitely at this time..
You can contact Dr. McCullough directly to verify..
The ABIM must be called out by name. Unfortunately Sen. Johnson is in the minority Party, and the House is weak.
