Oregon Health Authority Proposing Permanent Indoor Mask Mandate
Make your voice heard before January 20th!
|OHA’s proposed permanent indoor mask rule is still open for public comments. We have until January 20 to provide public testimony and until January 24 to provide public input.
The Oregon Health Authority, Public Health Division is proposing to adopt an administrative rule under chapter 333, division 19 pertaining the wearing of masks, face coverings or face shields in indoor spaces to control the spread of COVID-19.(OAR 333-019-1025)
Notice of Proposed Permanent Rulemaking (OAR 333-019-1025) To provide oral testimony a public hearing will be held by video/telephone conference call via Microsoft Teams on January 20, 2022 at 10:00 AM.

Until this rule is changed, our school’s and the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) will continue to follow the OHA’s guidelines when it comes to masking our kids in schools. Make your comments to the OHA today and everyday until Jan 20th!! The current rule is set to expire Feb 8, 2022.

This needs to stop now!!!! No more mask mandates!!!!!!
STOP the MASK MANDATE!! Our KIDS are the next generation and we stand behind them! The physiological & emotional damage this causes is far & wide and it is enough!! YOU all know they don’t work so time to get behind the real science! FREE our KIDS! FREE our STATE! FREE our Businesses!
