Is An Algorithm Hidden in the NYS Voter Rolls?

A group of citizens of New York State have studied the official state voter registration roll for over two years. They convened as volunteers. They obtained the state voter roll from the New York State Board of Elections through a FOIL Request.

By observing this raw voter data in a spreadsheet program, it became possible to sort the database in many ways. In sorting the data, the group, and notably citizen researcher Andrew Paquette, discovered what they call a mathematic structure concealed inside the Voter ID number assignment system.

They observed that Voter IDs are not assigned consecutively —  as one voter after another registers to vote. Instead, voters are assigned county and state Voter IDs which are partnered pairs with each other. This is what they view as being the concealed mathematic structure in the New York State Voter Roll. This structure creates an XY coordinate system. It works, they state, like latitude and longitude. If one buries treasure at sea, XY coordinates of latitude and longitude enable one to find the treasure out on a vast ocean.

By the same token, if an entity injects false voter registrations into the New York State Voter Roll, there has to be a way to find the false registrations when needed. The citizens group found that, according to their analysis, throughout New York State, the County Voter ID system is as the longitude X to the State Voter ID’s latitude Y. This, they contend is why Voter IDs are not assigned consecutively. Some entity, they maintain, must have designed the NYS county and state Voter ID number assignments to be part of this longitude/latitude map.

False registrations injected into the Voter Roll are assigned official, authentic state and county Voter IDs designed to blend in with genuine voters, they assert. This entity would know which are the false registrations. This entity therefore holds the “key” to those number assignments. The entity can enter the electronic Voter Roll, access as many false voter registrations as it chooses, and perform any action with them that it chooses to perform.
