I LOVE Doge. Doge is a cute little dog that’s the symbol of DogeCoin, which is a cryptocurrency that started as a joke and has since made and lost people plenty of money.
Dogecoin became known as a cryptocurrency that’s easy for average people to access, cheap to trade, and fun as a meme that started as a joke. I bought my first Doge as a joke on April 20, 2021, for a stupidly high price, that went stupidly higher, when I sold. I never bought more than I could afford to lose, and it really just made me laugh and became fun to follow. Now for the exciting news:
Twitter has just changed its official logo on the desktop version of the site to a Doge!
The price of Dogecoin reached a height of $0.65 in the Spring of 2021 and has since seen multiple dramatic price drops and increases.
Elon Musk has made his appreciation for Doge public, and has caused fluctuation of the price with statements such as this one:
Moments ago, in the afternoon of April 3, 2023, Elon Musk (presumably) changed the official Twitter logo to a Doge, which has sent the price soaring in the last hour, going from a price of $0.07 pre-logo change to a height of $0.10 cents.
Many people who love memes, crypto, Twitter, and Elon Musk will surely be glued to their crypto trading apps today.
