So, being a US citizen living abroad, I can come without the vax, but my non-US citizen husband can’t. Makes perfect sense Besides the USA, there are 4 other countries that ban foreigners from entering without the c-vax, (and most of them you don’t even want to visit), Liberia, Ghana, Pakistan, and Indonesia.
From another perspective: it does not only keep non-US citizens out – for my husband and I, we remain stuck inside the US as if we were to leave, we can’t come back in. We are non-US citizens that live and work in the US. We cannot visit our families in our home country, nor get to them if there is an emergency. It saddens me that they would continue with this illogical restriction, especially when all we’ve done over the years is add to the economy and be good, respectful residents.
A total nonsense has absolutely nothing to do with covid and everything to do with control….
