OHA’s proposed permanent indoor mask rule is still open for public comments. We have until January 20 to provide public testimony and until January 24 to provide public input.
The Oregon Health Authority, Public Health Division is proposing to adopt an administrative rule under chapter 333, division 19 pertaining the wearing of masks, face coverings or face shields in indoor spaces to control the spread of COVID-19.(OAR 333-019-1025) Notice of Proposed Permanent Rulemaking (OAR 333-019-1025) To provide oral testimony a public hearing will be held by video/telephone conference call via Microsoft Teams on January 20, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
