The Elephant in the (CDC’s) Room
The agency ignored or downplayed many communiques about myocarditis in 2021.
DailyClout recently published a response to a FOIA request submitted by Attorney Edward Berkovich to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) stating, “I request emails sent by and received by Dr. Rochelle P. Walensky, Sherri A. Berger, and Kevin Griffis (all of whom are CDC personnel) on dates beginning February 1, 2021 through May 31, 2021, containing the word myocarditis.”
Though the 472-page response to this request was heavily redacted, it still reveals that the CDC received MANY communiques from an array of medical professionals and researchers, pointing to evidence that the COVID-19 vaccines were causing myocarditis. While the CDC would later acknowledge that myocarditis was a side effect of the vaccine, the agency systematically downplayed this risk by characterizing it as rare and transitory.
Sifting through these communiques, I was stunned by the number of red flags that Walensky and her personnel received about this matter of grave concern. The time-period of the request—in the spring of 2021—precisely coincided with Dr. McCullough’s first public expressions of concern (which he voiced on independent media outlets) that he was seeing emerging data indicating that the COVID-19 vaccines were causing heart damage and other life-threatening conditions. In response to his public service, he was sued by his former employer and stripped of all of his academic professorships and editorships.
Even though it is heavily redacted, the response to Mr. Berkovich’s FOIA request yields yet more evidence that the CDC perpetrated a massive act of fraudulent concealment of a clear and present danger, especially to young people and athletes. It seems to me that implied civil and criminal liabilities must be prodigious.
DailyClout just published the 472-page FOIA response and the first phase of its ongoing analysis.
