Wanted your thoughts on talking to children about these idea of self defense. I have two girls, five and nine. Very innocent children, new tech in the world, but I sense the older would feel more safe if she knew there was a plan… But the idea of such a reality I also gave her nightmares. Hard to tell… Thoughts? I plan on enrolling them in martial arts classes this fall.

I only saw this now, a few months later than posted. I LOVED it. It is so helpful to have a professional like Brian address these issues. Brian said he would post information about several things he mentioned, or recommended, but I don’t see anything. Where can I find that?
Please do more videos with Brian and you discussing personal, home, and street safety.. I think many people who have guns would rather not have to rely solely on that means of protection- unless they are well-trained or experienced.. . .However, I do feel that having a gun can better level the playing field.
