Medical Groups Sue RFK Jr. Over COVID Vaccine Rollback
The RFK Jr. COVID vaccine lawsuit has ignited national debate after six major medical organizations filed suit in federal court over the rollback of vaccine recommendations for pregnant women and healthy children. Plaintiffs argue the directive, issued by Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., bypasses established processes and puts vulnerable populations at immediate risk.
