hi I recently need blood transfusion. Guess what no one is screened or asked if the had shot. so if u need blood transfusion in emergency you will get that blood in you. Red Cross says no need to ask donor. they dont consider it a problem. I declined my transfusion as I already have blood cancer and prone to clots. doctor said that would nit be good for me to get their blood. I tried to arrange family member but Red Cross makes it almost impossible to do.. . they insist their blood is safe. so even though a transfusion I desperately need I just csnt. praying God will help me thru. people need to be aware
