Letter to the Massachusetts Attorney General: CDC and FDA May Have Violated Several State Criminal Statutes

Two Massachusetts attorneys, Patricia B. Doherty and Julie A. Piantedosi, wrote a letter to the Massachusetts Attorney General (AG), Andrea Campbell, stating:

• The Federal Government, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) hid the Pfizer mRNA COVID vaccine’s known adverse event details – including myocarditis, pericarditis and myocardial infarction –  from the public.
• Given Massachusetts’ established informed consent laws, the state’s citizens are entitled to knowledge of the adverse events so that they can make a fully informed decision as to whether they will continue to take the vaccine, especially if they are a young male. We are asking you to require the information regarding the myocarditis side effects to be attached to every public and paid advertisement for the vaccines.
• The CDC and the FDA, having caused serious injury to many people by suppressing the vaccine side effects, may have violated several Massachusetts criminal statutes.

They requested that the Massachusetts AG, as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of Massachusetts, investigate what is outlined in their letter and determine what actions, if any, must be taken against the CDC and the FDA.
