I am among the thousands of Oregonians who find HB 2002-B profoundly shocking and who would not consider placing my child into a public school system in a state that passes such a stunning repudiation of parental rights, child safety, and the precautionary principle. Children are not adults, and they require protection, guidance, and their parents’ perspective that while puberty is always uncomfortable on some level, drastic and experimental drugs and surgeries are dangerous and will lead to lifelong repercussions that a child cannot possibly provide fully informed consent to.

Furthermore, forcing the taxpaying base in Oregon to fund experimental treatments on children or hidden abortions throughout pregnancy is highly alienating. More Oregonians will simply choose to leave. Have you happened to notice the booming economies of Florida, Idaho, Texas, and South Carolina? Many are Oregonians now living in places that respect both medical freedom and our unalienable rights, while here we watch as towns and businesses struggle, our schools fail, dangerous drug abuse explodes and crime escalates. These are the issues you should be working on and it is shameful that you are not, instead creating more division and strife by pushing reckless and destructive policies at light speed through our legislature.

This bill will also harm the child/parent relationship deeply in my personal opinion and set childish immaturity over top of adult wisdom in a battle that cannot end well for anyone involved. It is so badly conceived and written that I personally find it startling that any adult capable of comprehending it would support it!

Our schools themselves rank very near the bottom of this nation and no reasonable parent places 100% trust in their perspectives. Who is to say what is best for a child? The mother who carried them and gave birth to them? The father who loves and supports them every day of his life? Or an imperfect employee of a broken system?  All too often the excessive medication and drugging American children already endure is from the insistent pressures school officials apply to parents to force pharmaceutical drugs into kids so that the teachers’ classrooms are easier to manage, I am sorry to say. Doctors as well often cannot be trusted with our children’s health as they routinely overprescribe, believe the propaganda of the pharmaceutical representatives in their offices, and/or are fully captured by the corporations they now work for whose one and only mandate is PROFIT.

The experimental gender-altering surgeries are being viewed as a financial windfall by struggling hospital systems and anyone who thinks medical ethics still exist in America needs a recap of governmental, medical, and pharmaceutical behavior during 2020-2023. We lost all civil rights and were functionally locked in our homes in order to force us into the adoption of highly experimental products without liability or acceptable safety protocols while safe and effective early treatment strategies were vilified and withheld from patients at the government’s behest. Regulatory Capture is ruling our nation today. Additionally failed and most often lethal protocols were instituted in our hospitals resulting in stunning levels of death and shocking financial windfalls that functionally paid hospitals to kill their Covid patients. These toxic and lethal protocols were paid for by us, the taxpayer, and fully indemnified by the Federal Government. Governor Kate Brown forced pharmacists to deny physicians’ prescriptions and force-masked children outdoors during athletic competitions resulting in the total collapse of at least two different children, one of whom required hospitalization. All this was done with zero scientific evidence to support such drastic and dangerous mandates whatsoever. All the quality studies showed that masks cannot stop an upper respiratory virus, as we had learned during the flu epidemic of 1918, and that lockdowns do more harm than good, driving bankruptcies, despair, drug and alcohol use, child and spousal abuse, suicide, and profound educational losses, yet these were our government’s only responses to Covid-19.  That incompetence and greed run this state and most of America today is the inescapable conclusion if you look at the entire Covid-19 pandemic through completely rational eyes. We, (actually our “government,”) even denied the fact of natural immunity and destroyed the healthcare system by brutalizing the heroes of the pandemic who had it and logically refused the experimental modRNA products!

Now you who wrought such an incredible catastrophe for all of us through your reckless abuses of power, disrespect for our laws and constitutions, and failure to comprehend the most basic of biological concepts plan to supersede our God-given rights and usurp our children’s lives in order to push agendas that only benefit pharmaceutical corporations, child sex traffickers and those who would perform highly questionable and dangerous surgical interventions on children. Personally, I am appalled and will do everything possible to call attention to the stunning and harmful agenda racing through Salem and the Legislature of Oregon. If it passes I predict a political shift of a large proportion as we are not the most unreasonable in the Nation. You who support this measure are and you are also out of touch with Oregon.
