In 2015, the WEF, Bill Gates, and the Rockefeller-funded Johns Hopkins University sponsored a “war gaming” of food shortages in 2020 caused by “extreme weather” and conflict in Ukraine. Supposedly, everything was solved after the public accepts a global carbon tax.
