In January 2024, a Texas judge ordered the CDC to produce the 7.8 million “free-text field entries” from the V-safe reporting app at a rate of 390,000 entries per month. Here we explore the first-person accounts of COVID vaccine-related adverse events found in those V-safe's entries.
