| OHA’s proposed permanent indoor mask rule is still open for public comments. We have until January 20 to provide public testimony and until January 24 to provide public input.
The Oregon Health Authority, Public Health Division is proposing to adopt an administrative rule under chapter 333, division 19 pertaining the wearing of masks, face coverings or face shields in indoor spaces to control the spread of COVID-19.(OAR 333-019-1025) Notice of Proposed Permanent Rulemaking (OAR 333-019-1025) To provide oral testimony a public hearing will be held by video/telephone conference call via Microsoft Teams on January 20, 2022 at 10:00 AM. This is inhumane, unscientific and harmful both to individuals and to society. You are actively hurting children, their development and their mental health. Adults, too, are hurt and will suffer dire consequences by this illegal and immoral directive. Show us any society that has benefitted from muzzling their people. It’s worse than a prison sentence. This is insane and has got to stop. Leave our children alone! Masks cause physiological and emotional consequences and they don’t work….as the far left always says, “follow the science”. Well, the science proves that they don’t work.
Our children have sufferred enough emotinal traume. Please don’t make it worse by mandating masks. This is causing our children irreparable damage.
Please stop the mandate to wear masks in the classroom. This has gone on long enough.
This has got to stop! No more masks.
