Why do you say that you cannot get the book from Amazon? I pre-ordered the book and I received it on time plus some $5 refund for some reason. Also, I just went to the Amazon web site and I could place an order.
You can only order four copies at a time from (((Beszos))) and they advocated your using your local bookstore to buy directly from her distributor.
I just ordered a single hard cover version from Amazon.
I was not able to buy on Amazon.. or kindle.. but with difficulty was able to buy from publisher… It sucks you have to be on Steve Bannon though…and aren’t on the old 60 minutes or something..
