Second link is interview with longtime, world-wide economic consultant Martin Armstrong, who states the EU is serious about going to war with Russia- mainly because they’re broke, and stupidly think they can win.

Armstrong pointed out in one interview (there are several recent ones) that France is the 3rd or 4th largest nuclear country, and has promised to provide nuclear protection to the other EU countries. Armstrong said the EU leaders are serious, and Germany just moved thousands of troops close to Russian border. (Lithuania, I believe.)
