We have been sleeping with grounding sheets. The sheets connect via a crod to a grounding rod that is in the ground:) we drilled a small hole in the floor under our bed so tat the sheet can be grounded to the outside.

Ever since that time period (whether covid or “all the things”) I’ve been saying “it’s like my brain starts out the day “full” .
