FIVE FREEDOMS: [UPDATE] From New Hampshire State Representative Blasek on HB 255

“The committee’s passage of HB255 was the first step in the New Hampshire state legislature fighting back against the unlawful and unconstitutional overreach of the federal government. COVID-19 vaccine mandates are a gross infringement of bodily autonomy, as well as being devoid of science and reason. The primary purpose of government is to protect the rights of the individual. Historically, this has been focused on restraining the authority of government, but in today’s world where the lines between corporate interests and government are so blurred by mandates and corruption, it is the responsibility of government to restrain both the private and public actor from infringing on the personal liberties of the people. HB255 prohibits any entity in the state from compelling the COVID-19 vaccine.”- Representative Melissa Blasek (R-Merrimack, NH)
