None of these vaccines are FDA approved. Federal law prohibits employers from mandating EUA vaccines as a condition of employment. How can these companies get away with this?
It might not be legal, but they are hoping most wont’ bother taking it to court. My hope is people won’t apply and they will find that mandating it won’t help. We need to help each other stand our ground. We need to get the word out via paper print outs like they did in Luther’s time and with the White Rose. They can ban us from social media, but at present, they can’t control what we hand out.
I came across this and shared it with a friend who works in healthcare. She will share it with her employer and I will let you know if it gets her out of the jab.
