OPINION: “MOM IS FACED WITH POLICE INTIMIDATION IN FL WHEN SHE LAWFULLY REMOVES HER CHILD’S MASK IN SCHOOL”
“Tiffany Justice, of MomsforLiberty.org, defended her 11 year old son Griffin by seeking to remove his mask in school. Masks are being shown to cause delays in communication, socializing, and articulation, and to cause depression and anxiety in kids and young people. Ms Justice was a school board member and apart from that experience, she fully understood as a parent, the appropriate process to use in seeking an exemption for her son to remove his mask. Yet when she used her lawful rights to get the mask off of her son’s face, she was intimidated by a police presence in her son’s classroom and her son was directed OUTSIDE of the circle of his peers by his teacher. Teachers and the school administrators involved, later unlawfully spoke about the child’s “unmasking”, and about his mother, critically in a public meeting, which actions also violate the law protecting children’s privacy. She describes schools simply ignoring Gov DeSantis’ directive to remove masks. A terrible, tragic story of a child being assailed emotionally with scientifically unnecessary and abusive masking and a mom being harassed for standing up for her child’s right to an education in a non-abusive environment.”
