The bill that was passed specifically only applied to public entities. “any public facility, any public benefit, or any public service”. There still exists an enormous loophole for businesses to coerce employees and patrons into this. This is what the republican governors are doing, they are deliberately leaving giant loopholes for this abuse and kicking it to the courts that have appointed corrupt political judges. This was not mentioned in the interview.
