“Effects of N1-Methyl-Pseudouridine in the Pfizer mRNA Vaccine”
Amy Kelly is the COO of DailyClout and Project Director for the War Room/DailyClout Pfizer and Moderna Documents Analysis Project. On DailyClout show Unstoppable, Kelly makes history as she dives into the Pfizer and Moderna reports, bombshell findings, and COVID-19 updates from around the world.
In this premier episode, Kelly details the effects of N1-Methyl-Pseudouridine in the Pfizer mRNA Vaccine as detailed in Report 22: https://dailyclout.io/report-effects-of-n1-methyl-pseudouridine-in-the-pfizer-mrna-vaccine/
Important Points:
– Pfizer used a type of pseudouridine, instead of uridine, in its mRNA COVID vaccine, and pseudouridine increases protein (including spike protein) production.
– In its COVID vaccine, Pfizer replaced all foreign mRNA uridine with the rare N1-methylpseudouridine. The company did not strategically and specifically replace some uridines in its already modified mRNA (already producing two amino acid substitutions in the spike protein), they replaced all uridines in the mRNA. And, they did not include this replace in the non-clinical overview of the trial documentation.
– Pfizer used a ‘shotgun approach’ to using N1-methylpseudouridine and had no idea what the ramifications and unintended consequences of such a modification would be. How are the folding, function, localization, and clearance of the subsequent protein affected? What does such a massively modified foreign mRNA do to the delicate balance of cells and bodies (homeostasis) that receive it?
– Are there long-term toxicity, carcinogenicity, or pharmacological concerns with using N1-methylpseudouridine? None of that had been studied at the time the vaccine was being created.
– Modified RNA, containing pseudouridine or N1-methylpseudouridine, suppressed innate immunity, the consequences of which were not known. Dysregulated innate immune responses are considered lethal early in life and many diseases are linked to malfunction in this system.
– Suppressing the body’s innate immune response downregulates critical systems related to cancer surveillance, infection control and cellular homeostasis (ability to maintain a steady state of chemical and physical conditions).
– Pfizer decided that “no RNA or protein metabolism or excretion studies will be conducted,” and the FDA accepted this.
– A side effect of N1-methylpseudouridine substitution is enhanced protein production. Excess spike protein causes microRNA (miRNA, a special type of RNA important in cellular regulatory function) to be exported out of the cells via exosomes. These released microRNAs get transported to distant tissues and organs, including the brain and central nervous system (CNS) where they are internalized and initiate a cascade of deleterious effects.
– Problems with the Pfizer vaccine design and failure to adequately investigate their effects on the delicate cellular systems of the human body are already manifesting themselves, as is evident by the long list of adverse events in VAERS.
