I’m running for Manhattan District Attorney because I believe we have to lighten the hand of the criminal justice system and stop prosecutions that perpetuate racial injustice and poverty, and send people into the system unfairly.
Instead, we have to use our resources to make sure those who hurt others – who commit sexual assaults and domestic violence, cheat and steal, harm our kids, and abuse their power – are held accountable, no matter who they are.
