Allows an employee to take family leave in addition to victim leave for leave to seek safety, medical attention, or victim services related to domestic or sexual violence against the employee or the employee's minor child. Relating To Digital Content Blockers. [SB-254]
Requires persons who manufacture, sell, offer for sale, lease, or distribute a product that makes content accessible on the Internet to include digital blocking capability that renders human trafficking hubs, child pornography, revenge pornography, and pornographic material inaccessible. Requires these persons to establish and maintain a reporting system for content that is improperly blocked and applicable content that is not blocked. Allows consumers to disable the blocking capability if the consumer fulfils requirements, including paying a fee

Relating To Pardons. [SB-952]
Requires that if an application for pardon is not referred to the Director of Public Safety and the Hawaii Paroling Authority by the Governor, then the Governor shall provide public notice and a waiting period of fourteen days shall apply to the granting or refusing of the application for pardon. Prohibits certain large vehicles of more than 10,000 pounds from being driven on the far left lane of any roadway having three or more lanes, with certain exceptions. Establishes a fifty-five mile per hour speed limit for trucks having a gross vehicle weight rating in excess of 10,000 pounds.

Makes completion of a voter registration application affidavit a mandatory part of all driver's license and identification card applications.
