AN ACT relating to concealed weapons. [SB-106]
Create a new section of KRS 403.715 to 403.785 to allow a person protected by an emergency protective order or a domestic violence order to carry, if authorized by the issuing court, a concealed deadly weapon for a period of up to 90 days after the sheriff has performed a criminal background check and fingerprinted and photographed the person.

AN ACT relating to planning and zoning. [SB-181]
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 100 to require appeals of planning and zoning decisions to the Circuit Court to reach a final decision within 90 days and to require that appeals from the Circuit Court be accompanied by a supersedeas bond of an amount calculated to offset any losses sustained by an appellee due to an unsuccessful appeal.
