The purpose of this bill is to provide for election reform. The bill defines "Public Election Related Information and Data." The bill allows for the public disclosure of this data through the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"). The bill provides for the maintenance of Public Election Related Information and Data including cast vote records, also known as "CVRs."
