To reduce the business inventory tax [HJR-34]
The purpose of this resolution is to permit the Legislature to exempt some species of tangible personal property from ad valorem taxation, reduce the rate of taxation or assessment for any species of tangible personal property; establish different statewide rates of taxation, assessment, or methods of valuation for different species of tangible personal property, or classify property as real property or personal property for ad valorem taxation.

Relating to liability of vendors in private farmers markets [HB-2054]
The purpose of this bill is to remove the requirement that a private farmers market have two unrelated vendors apply for a license and obtain a certification that all vendors have agreed to liability responsibility therein and removing the requirement that a private farmers market provide a written copy of the agreement between all vendors acknowledging that each vendor is jointly and severally liable for any violations.
