As introduced, clarifies that if a subpoena for the deposition of a witness, exempt from trial subpoena, designates that the deposition is for discovery purposes only, then the deposition shall not be used at trial except to impeach the witness in accordance with Rule 32.01(1) of the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure. - Amends TCA Title 20 and Title 24. [HB-1057]
