Prohibiting a person from breaking and entering the dwelling of another and committing a violent crime against a victim who is a lawful occupant of the dwelling; establishing a criminal penalty for a violation of the Act; authorizing a sentence imposed under the Act to be separate from and concurrent to a sentence for any other crime that arises from the conduct underlying the home invasion violent crime; defining the term "violent crime"; etc.

Drunk and Drugged Driving - Refusal to Take a Blood or Breath Test - [HB-957]
Prohibiting a person who is detained for specified alcohol- or drug- related driving offenses from knowingly refusing to take a specified blood or breath test if the person was detained previously for specified alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses and refused to take a blood or breath test; and providing that a violation is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 1 year or both.
