Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research and Awareness Act - Amends the Public Health Service Act to require the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to: (1) conduct, support, and expand epidemiology research on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) (i.e., Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis) in pediatric and adult populations and establish a registry of pediatric IBD patients; (2) enter into cooperative agreements to develop and administer such epidemiology research and the pediatric IBD registry; and (3) award grants to increase awareness

Small Business Opportunity Act of 2009 [HB-2281]
Small Business Opportunity Act of 2009 - Directs the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to establish and implement a program under which the Administrator shall pay, with respect to each SBA-guaranteed small business loan entered into after the enactment of this Act, 100% of the interest due for the first year, 75% for the second year, and 50% for the third. Terminates the authority of the Administrator to make such payments at the end of the the third year following enactment of this Act.

Railroad Antitrust Enforcement Act of 2009 - Amends the Clayton Act to remove an exemption from coverage under the federal antitrust laws with respect to mergers and acquisitions involving rail carriers.
