This bill is about making further continuing appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023, and covering other related matters.
Division A of the bill extends the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2023, to December 30, 2022.
Division B includes various extensions like extending the FCC auction authority, authorization for a special assessment for domestic trafficking victims' fund, and the United States Parole Commission. It also extends the Commodity Futures Trading Commission customer protection fund expenses account and a moratorium.
Title II of Division B deals with the budgetary effects of the bill, stating that the budgetary effects are not entered on certain PAYGO scorecards.
