Beginning 1/1/2026, requires pharmacy technicians to be registered with and obtain a certificate of registration from the Board of Pharmacy. Imposes a duty on pharmacists-in-charge to report violations conducted by registered pharmacy technicians. Specifies that supervising registered pharmacists are responsible for the actions of registered pharmacy technicians and pharmacy interns. Effective 12/31/2050. (SD1)

Requires pharmacies to provide accessible prescription drug label information to individuals who have difficulty seeing or reading standard printed prescription drug container labels and inform the public that prescription drug label information is available in alternate accessible formats for individuals who have difficulty seeing or reading prescription drug container labels.
