Create the Task Force on Policing in the Commonwealth to study and make recommendations related to role of law enforcement and the relationship to the communities they serve; outline task force membership; require the task force to meet at least three times during the 2021 interim and to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission by December 1, 2021.
