“FIVE FREEDOMS” – ALERT! New York’s Excelsior Pass, announced by Cuomo yesterday, has been drowned out by his resignation
Cuomo announced the Excelsior Pass Plus yesterday (https://www.governor.ny.gov/
news/governor-cuomo-announces- launch-excelsior-pass-plus- support-safe-secure-return- tourism-and), and it should be much bigger news among the resistance than it is. In effect, the pass is being tied into a system called SMART Health Cards, a global health information registry that was developed by VCI. VCI members include Google, Apple, Microsoft, and numerous healthcare organizations (https://vci.org/about#smart- health). They have developed a common pass that can be used worldwide, and if it takes off it could be used to store all our health data. It could pave the way for a social credit system and permanent, global, biosecurity society. We cannot sleep on this.
