Hi, gutsy Naomi! I can’t recall whether I heard about you from Dr. Joseph Mercola or Robert Kennedy’s Children’s Health Defense or other! Now I recall, you had an interview with Dr. Mercola! I have no one in my small circle of acquaintances–and certainly not family–who will share any information other than the national “party line.” I just ordered your book about the End of America (after reading your free pages, thanks). I totally appreciate the approach of writing to a young patriot. I have an 18 yr old granddaughter in WA state, who I haven’t seen in over 7 years. I don’t know if she’s the thinker she was years ago. I may want to share with her.
I resonated with every word you wrote! and I ordered your 2008 book. I am a military daughter (former Army dad died a few years after the death of my first born daughter (she was 35). I’ve known for a long time about the inequities in our country , since my early child rearing days. After a divorce I spent decades job searching or being underemployed—all the while learning beyond the average soul. Most organizations and aware people – my tribe – were out of reach most years. . I didn’t watch TV but most news items appeared as with the WWII song—“Over there.” Although I endured 2 decades trying to keep my daughter alive with no alimony or child support, even her tragic experiences seemed “out there.” Surreal.
This current Covid situation and beyond is right in my face; I feel a loss greater than that of my brilliant daughter who died in the hands of the orthodox medical system. This loss is for my planet and my nation. My entire world is blown to smithereens! I’m a former World Book salesperson, Montessori mom, legal assistant, instructor of prof dev for 8.5 yrs; a student of evolutionary consciousness; had a mystical experience, seeking how “deep I could go” (contemplation/meditation).
I’m an elder senior working with an aging attorney who’s younger than I. . Must find sustaining work and possibly relocate. Years ago in a spiritual group that worked with “Ascended Masters,” I first heard the phrase “communist-capitalist conspiracy” (in the late 1980s). Wow! Who knew I’d be reading the words and research of Naomi! I have a sister (with a Masters degree) who recognized your name (but refrained from what sounded like disapproval). I sensed her silence meant she disapproves; probably read you in some magazine like Atlantic. Well, suffice, I’m so excited to meet you and to keep integrating how I may use my writing and passionate pioneering spirit may still make an impact.
