Expungement of police and court records; pardons. Allows a person to petition for the expungement of the police and court records relating to such person's conviction if he has been granted a simple pardon for the crime. Under current law, police and court records relating to convictions are only expunged if a person received an absolute pardon for a crime he did not commit.

Adds employees of a transit company to the definition of "employees of local governments" for the purposes of the Commonwealth's health insurance program for local government employees. Milk; definition, misbranding product, prohibition, provisions. [HB-119]
Milk; definition; misbranding; prohibition. Defines "milk" as the lacteal secretion of a healthy hooved mammal and provides that a food product is unlawfully misbranded if its label states that it is milk and it fails to meet such definition, except for human breast milk. The bill directs the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services to implement a plan to ban all products misbranded as milk. The bill does not become effective until six months after the enactment, on or before October 1, 2029, of a similar act in any 11 of 14 specified states.
