Save Our Seas Act of 2018 (Sec. 2) This bill amends the Marine Debris Act to revise the Marine Debris Program to require the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to work with: (1) other agencies to address both land- and sea-based sources of marine debris, and (2) the Department of State and other agencies to promote international action to reduce the incidence of marine debris. Veterans' Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2017 This bill directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to increase, as of December 1, 2017, the rates of veterans' disability compensation, additional compensation for dependents, the clothing allowance for certain disabled veterans, and dependency and indemnity compensation for surviving spouses and children. Alaska Native Veterans Land Allotment Equity Act [S.785]
Alaska Native Veterans Land Allotment Equity Act This bill amends the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to revise provisions regarding land allotments for Alaska Native Vietnam veterans. Eligibility is expanded to include all Alaska Native veterans who served between August 5, 1964, and May 7, 1975. Allotments may be selected from vacant federal lands or lands that have been selected or conveyed to the state of Alaska or an Alaska Native corporation, if the state or corporation relinquishes or conveys the land to the United States for allotment.

Second Division Memorial Modification Act This bill allows the Second Indianhead Division Association, Inc., Scholarship and Memorials Foundation to place additional commemorative elements or engravings on the raised platform or stone work of the Second Division Memorial located in President's Park in the District of Columbia to honor further the members of the Second Infantry Division who have given their lives in service to the United States. No federal funds may be used for such modifications.
