An Act To Amend Title 18, Title 29, And Title 31 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Insurance Coverage Of Epinephrine Autoinjectors. [HB-268]
This Act requires that individual, group, State employee, and public assistance insurance plans provide coverage for epinephrine autoinjectors for individuals who are 18 years of age or under and must include at least 1 formulation of epinephrine autoinjectors on the lowest tier of the drug formulary developed and maintained by the carrier if the insurance plan has tiers.

An Act To Amend Title 14 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Financial Assistance For Higher Education. [HB-267]
This act will allow a critical need reimbursement to be distributed directly to an institute of higher education or Secretary of Education approved Alternative Routes to Teacher Licensure and Certification program for an eligible teacher who is taking noncredit-earning seminars or workshops or credit-bearing coursework in order to attain a Standard Certification in a state-approved critical need area.

A Resolution Regarding The Impact Of Uncoordinated Trash Collection In New Castle County. [HJR-10]
This Resolution directs the Department of Transportation to work with the Delaware Solid Waste Authority to produce a report by September 30, 2020, that compares the financial and environmental impacts to Delaware of the current, uncoordinated trash collection system in New Castle County to the impacts of a coordinated system with 1 vendor collecting all of the trash and recycling in an entire neighborhood.

An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Delaware Gun Shop Project. [HB-240]
In 2009, New Hampshire was the first state to develop a statewide Gun Shop Project, reaching out to gun shops regarding the role they can play in suicide prevention. In the years since, at least 21 other states have implemented similar campaigns. This Act establishes the Delaware Gun Shop Project (Project), under which the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (Division) must develop relevant materials that may be posted conspicuously and available for distribution at Delaware gun shops.

An Act To Amend Title 18 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Automobile Insurance Policies. [HB-278]
Section 1 of this bill clarifies that the reinstatement obligations of insurers under Section 3903(d) apply in instances of both nonrenewals and cancellations of policies due to nonpayment of premiums. An Act To Amend Title 14 Relating To Transportation Of Pupils. [HB-283]
Current Delaware regulations provide that transportation benefits must be provided for students in grades K through 6 who live 1 or more miles from the schools to which district administrators would normally assign them. In grades 7 through 12, the same students are entitled to transportation benefits if they live 2 or more miles from their assigned public schools. See 14 Del. Admin. C. § 1150-12.1.
