Juvenile delinquents and firearms. Prohibits a person who has been adjudicated a delinquent child for committing an act while armed with a firearm that would be a serious violent felony if committed by an adult (serious delinquent) from possessing a firearm unless the person is at least: (1) 26 years of age, in the case of less serious acts; or (2) 28 years of age, in the case of more serious acts. Makes possession of a firearm by a serious delinquent a Level 6 felony, and increases the penalty to a Level 5 felony for a second or subsequent offense. (continued...)

Provides that a governing body of a school corporation (governing body) may (instead of shall) rent curricular materials to each student enrolled in a public school that is located within the attendance unit served by the governing body. Virtual charter school enrollment. [SB-18]
Virtual charter school enrollment. Provides that a virtual charter school may not deny enrollment to a student who has been expelled from a public school, including a charter school, if the student meets the enrollment requirements that are required under law. Makes a conforming change to a provision that requires consent by a charter school under certain circumstances before a student may enroll in the charter school during the student's actual or proposed expulsion or separation from a school corporation or another charter school.

Tax credit for education donations. [SB-94]
Tax credit for education donations. Provides for an adjusted gross income tax credit for donations to a public school foundation or school corporation. Provides that the maximum individual taxpayer credit is $1,000 in the case of a single return and $2,000 in the case of a joint return. Provides that the maximum corporate taxpayer credit is the greater of 10% of the corporation's total adjusted gross income tax liability or $10,000.
