AN ACT relating to the Honor and Remember flag. [HB-17]
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 2 to designate the Honor and Remember flag as the state's emblem of the service and sacrifice of the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces who have given their lives in the line of duty; specify locations, dates, and circumstances under which the flag may be displayed.

Amend KRS 304.47-055 to permit the insurance commissioner to share and receive certain documents, materials, and other information with the National Insurance Crime Bureau; amend KRS 304.47-060 to provide that a person shall not be subject to civil liability for information relating to suspected fraudulent insurance acts furnished to or received from the National Insurance Crime Bureau; repeal and reenact KRS 304.20-410 to require motor vehicle insurance companies to give appropriate discounts on comprehensive coverage for certain insured motor
