Protecting Youth from Solitary Confinement Act This bill amends the federal criminal code to prohibit solitary confinement for juveniles in federal custody at juvenile facilities. The Bureau of Prisons must report on the rate of juvenile solitary confinement and the trends demonstrated by analyzing data for each juvenile who was subject to solitary confinement.

Community-Based Gang Intervention Act This bill amends the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 to authorize grants to nonprofit community-based organizations for community-based gang intervention. It adds a definition for the term "community-based gang intervention." Stop Tax Haven Abuse Act This bill authorizes the Department of the Treasury to impose restrictions on foreign jurisdictions or financial institutions to counter money laundering and efforts to significantly impede U.S. tax enforcement.
